What makes Recalibrelle different from a standard multivitamin? Recalibrelle is pharmacist-formulated specifically to address the unique nutrient needs of women on hormonal birth control. We use Advanced Bi-Layer Technology to physically separate incompatible nutrients—specifically Vitamin C and Vitamin B12—which can degrade each other when combined in standard pills. This technology helps protect the stability of the ingredients so your body receives the intended benefit.*

Why is there only 25mg of Magnesium? We include 25mg of Magnesium strictly as a Cofactor Catalyst—the precise amount required to chemically activate the high-dose B-Vitamins in Layer 1.* Because magnesium is a bulky mineral, adding a full daily dose would make the tablet difficult to swallow. We designed Recalibrelle to be "stackable," meaning it pairs perfectly with your favorite nighttime magnesium powder if you wish to supplement further.

When is the best time to take Recalibrelle? We recommend taking Recalibrelle in the morning or early afternoon with a meal. Because Layer 1 (The Energy Complex) contains CoQ10 and high-dose B-Vitamins designed to support cellular energy production, taking it earlier in the day helps align with your body's natural rhythm and ensures the nutrients are fueling your active hours.*

Do I need to take Recalibrelle with food? Yes, we recommend taking Recalibrelle with a meal that contains some healthy fats (like avocado, eggs, or nut butter).

  • The Reason: Key ingredients in Layer 1—specifically CoQ10 and Vitamin E—are "fat-soluble," meaning they require fat to be properly absorbed by your body.
  • Our Formulation: To further support absorption, we formulated Recalibrelle with goMCT® (Medium Chain Triglycerides). This acts as an internal carrier to help "chaperone" these nutrients into your system, but pairing it with a balanced meal ensures you get the maximum benefit from every dose.

Is Recalibrelle safe to take with my birth control? Yes. Recalibrelle is designed to replenish nutrient levels while you are on the pill, not interfere with it.* It does not contain hormones and will not affect the contraceptive efficacy of your medication.

Can I take this if I am NOT on the pill? While Recalibrelle was formulated to address the specific "transaction fee" of nutrient depletion caused by hormonal contraceptives , the ingredients—such as Methylated Folate, Zinc, and CoQ10—are essential nutrients that support energy and metabolic health for any person.*


INGREDIENTS & BENEFITS

Why do you use "Bioactive" forms of vitamins? Many standard supplements use "inactive" forms of vitamins that the body must convert before using. Recalibrelle uses Bioactive Nutrient Forms that are ready for your body to absorb immediately:

  • Folate: We use Quatrefolic® (methylated folate), not generic folic acid.
  • Vitamin B6: We use P-5-P (Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate), the active coenzyme form.
  • Vitamin B12: We use Methylcobalamin, avoiding the cheaper cyanocobalamin found in many brands.

Does Recalibrelle help with hair and skin? We include a "Mineral Complex" in Layer 2 featuring Zinc Glycinate and Selenium. These minerals are critical for maintaining healthy hair follicles and supporting antioxidant defense against oxidative stress, which can affect skin appearance.*

Why does the pill look speckled? That is the Bi-Layer Technology in action. The orange layer contains CoQ10 (which gives it the deep color) and B-Vitamins. The yellow layer contains the Mineral Complex and Vitamin C. The speckling is natural to the ingredients and shows that we do not use heavy artificial dyes to hide the raw material.

Is this product Gluten-Free? Recalibrelle is formulated without gluten-containing ingredients or common allergens. We prioritize purity in our ingredient selection.

Is this product Non-GMO? Yes. Recalibrelle meets the standard for Non-BE (Non-Bioengineered) status. We strictly formulate with ingredients that do not contain bioengineered food material.
