Refund policy

Our 30-Day "First Bottle" Guarantee At Precision Restoratives, we stand entirely behind our pharmacist-formulated product. We want you to feel confident in trying Recalibrelle™. If you purchase a bottle and find it isn't the right fit for your biochemistry, you are protected by our 30-Day Guarantee.

Simply reach out to us at hello@recalibrelle.com within 30 days of receiving your order. For your first opened bottle, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product (less shipping costs). Because Recalibrelle is an ingested dietary supplement, for your health and safety, we do not require you to ship the opened, unsealed bottle back to us.

Unopened & Sealed Returns If you ordered multiple bottles or have an unopened, fully sealed bottle you wish to return, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging with the protective safety seal completely intact and unbroken.
• To initiate a return, contact us at hello@recalibrelle.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected (or your First Bottle Guarantee is processed), we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
